Vine variety: 80% Lambrusco Ruberti, 20% Ancellotta

Serving temperature: 10 – 12°C

Alcohol content: 11% Vol.

Harvesting method: by hand

Appearance: Just after pouring it has a vibrant, creamy foam with deep purple hues 

Colour: Ruby red with violet hues 

Bouquet: Clear notes of sweet violets that intertwine with hints of red berries and wild blackberries 

Taste: The attack in the mouth immediately appears vibrant and then turns into a pleasant fruity taste with persistent full-body and structured dryness. This Lambrusco is produced through the ancestral method, it may present sediment on the bottom
