If served at (4 – 6°C), it is perfect as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with summer dishes such as rice or seafood salads, cured ham and melon. Drunk at a higher temperature (10 – 14°C), it is perfect with cold cuts, grilled meat and first courses with meat or cheese.
Served chilled it becomes an excellent companion for summer dishes with cold pasta, spelt salads and cold meats.
At room temperature, it remains faithful to the traditional Mantuan cuisine.
Excellent with baked deserts in particular, “La Sbrisolona”. For lovers of aromatic wines, we recommend it as an aperitif and as the companion of dishes with a delicate flavour.
